What Clinicians Are Saying
Verified Google reviews from past attendees
BEST CME EVER!!! I learned soooo much and the teachers were amazing. They will blow your mind with knowledge and prepare you to be the best doctor you can be.
This was my first CME conference. Overall, topics were pertinent to my practice with the latest guidelines and information was presented in digestible amount. Presenters were knowledgeable and passionate about teaching. Slides and tip sheets very helpful! I highly recommend!
This was an excellent, comprehensive, thorough, and highly professional, continuing education meeting with a lot of useful information for my clinical practice.I would highly recommend it as An interesting and thorough continuing medical education activity.
Had a wonderful experience here! The small group setting and comfortable conference rooms made for a great environment. It’s clear the physicians are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about improving medical outcomes rather than just the bottom line. Highly recommend!
Well organize and succinctly presented. Data and guidelines are presented based on current studies.
Why These Particular Chronic Conditions?
We built this conference around the diseases that show up in your exam room every single day — the ones with the highest clinical stakes, the most frequent guideline updates, and the greatest impact on patient outcomes.

How to actually do Vegas well in 3 days
What to book ahead, what's overrated, and how to make the most of afternoons and evenings in December.
Shows — book 2 weeks out
Top residencies and Cirque du Soleil's O at the Bellagio sell out in December. Check ticketmaster.com or venue box offices. Same-day deals at half-price booths on the Strip.
Dining reservations
Joël Robuchon, Nobu at Caesars, and Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen book up fast. Reserve 1–2 weeks ahead via Resy or OpenTable. The Forum Shops and Caesars buffet are solid walk-in options.
High Roller Observation Wheel
Book online to skip the line. The sunset/dusk ride (4–5pm in December) gives the best light. Steps from the Strip via the LINQ Promenade — one of the best Strip views in Vegas.
Day trips worth taking
Red Rock Canyon (30 min west): stunning sandstone, easy hiking. Hoover Dam (45 min southeast): historically significant and architecturally impressive. Valley of Fire (1 hr): best scenery in Nevada.
December weather
Highs 55–60°F, lows mid-30s at night. Layers are essential — the Strip feels cold after dark. Light jacket for daytime, warmer coat for evenings outdoors. Almost no rain.
Getting to Caesars
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is 15 minutes by Uber/Lyft ($15–25). No convenient direct transit — rideshare is fastest. Confirm current resort fee and parking rates when booking.
Casino tips
Set a budget and treat it as entertainment, not investment. Table minimums are lower mornings and weekdays. The casino floor is intentionally disorienting — use your phone's map between properties.
Walking the Strip
Looks walkable on a map but it's 4+ miles end to end. The monorail runs the east side. Rideshare resort-to-resort saves time, especially at night. Distances between casinos are deceptive.
Free things to see
The Bellagio fountain show runs every 15–30 min and costs nothing. Fremont Street Experience (30 min north) has a nightly light show. Hotel lobbies — Venetian canals, Caesars Forum ceiling, Bellagio conservatory — are all free and worth the walk-through.
