I attended this course in July on a cruise.
CKD topic was very helpful. I learned about using Cystatin C to help w/ GFR accuracy. Asthma talk was helpful in changing my practice to incorporate prn ICS/Formeterol. The one pager handouts were great and easy to follow along. During the CAD lecture, I appreciated the highlights at the end of the talk. Use of the ABCD2 and CHADsVASC scores in Afib management were informative. Excellent content on the slides and handouts. The CHF lecture helped me to classify my patients, great format, easy to follow !. I especially liked the “quizzes” at the end. Dr. R.Um. Endocrinologist.

I attended the conference during July on a cruise. I learned the most from the Dementia talk. Learned about the differentials as well as how to distinguish MCD from MCI. I learned how to do a better neuro evaluation and a full neuro workup as it relates to dementia. I appreciated the education from Dr. Pillai about how to use supplemental screening tools. Great information overall. From the Obesity talk, I learned about how to do a proper weight loss counsult program. Dr. Pillai was great in explaining history taking and explaining non pharmacological versus pharmacological interventions. I really enjoyed the Rapid Review session by Dr. Pillai and Dr. George. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to attend this conference. The setting was unique and refreshing. The presentations were evidence based, relative, and highly informative. Speakers were impressive, knowledgeable, and engaging. They brough clinical expertise and a personal passion to the topics.

Attended conference in April 2025. Learned about COPD types as well as treatment plans. Learned about how to use and incorporate questionnaires for diagnosis/Staging and management of COPD. I was not aware of all the COPD types so talk was helpful. Treatment plans and one page resource was great. During obesity talk, I realized the importance of dexa screenings in patients who have rapid weight loss due to risk of osteoporosis. Asthma lecture was very helpful for providing better control for patients as well as a formal evaluation for asthma care. Brittany H.- Family Medicine and Psychiatry
