About Us

Our Story

Drs. Vimal George and Anush Pillai have spent years teaching students, residents, and nurse practitioners, driven by a passion for improving patient outcomes. However, they noticed a troubling gap in traditional CME: while content was evidence-based, it often failed to translate into real-world practice.

In August 2024, together they founded CME Travel Academy to reinvent CME. Their approach combines engaging conferences at exciting destinations with practical tools — like one-page point-of-care references and year-long spaced-repetition learning — designed to help healthcare professionals retain knowledge and improve patient care.

CME Travel Academy isn’t just about education alone — it’s about translating that education into medical practice to improve outcomes and quality of care.
